I have been going here for a number of years and after my last visit, I’m never coming back.

Checked in online and was told to arrive at 4:46. Got a text at 4:33 stating that the stylist would be ready in 10 minutes. Arrived at the store at 4:40 and checked in only to see that I had a 25 minute wait. Another customer stated that they called my name at 4:38 and then took a walk in customer. Why have online check in if you don't honor the time? Started the haircut at 5:12. Not a good way to do business

I know that the stylist was just trying to be extra careful to not get in trouble or break the law. However, half-way through my son’s haircut yesterday evening, she informed me that he had lice. This was not true. My son had a heart transplant in the past. His immune system is suppressed. He has skin issues which is common for people with suppressed immune systems. His scalp is affected because of this. I told the stylist at least twice that he has sever eczema, and that the areas behind his ears are very crusty. His scalp also is affected with a “cradle cap”- like issue. So, his hair does have some flakes and scab/crust issues. She said when she combed his hair something flew out and she saw something in his hair. I asked her to show me. I saw no “lice” in his hair. I searched and searched. I showed her the flakes and the crust from his eczema and cradle cap, which had to have been what she saw “jump” from his hair... She refused further service. So, we had to leave. I, then, had to drive 50 miles each way to take him to my mom, who has been a licensed beautician for over 50 years and has owned her own shop. She confirmed that my son had NO lice. Today, he had a dentist appointment. When I picked up his antibiotics that he has to take pre-dentist appointment, the pharmacist, also, confirmed NO lice. I wanted to write a private review to the salon instead of public, but to do that, you have to have a receipt. I had no receipt since they refused to service us half-way through his haircut.
